I suppose I ought to do my own assignment, since I've asked all of the rest of you to do so.
Hello duckies, I am Hans Amsel, your resident psychiatrist. I have five children and six grandchildren. If you have only recently joined us from Hogwarts, you may know my youngest daughter, Abigail. My apologies if you do, I understand that Gryffindor is where you keep your loud ones?
Now that we have met, though I already know most of you anyway, I can tell you that I occasionally enjoy listening to horrible muggle pop music on occasion. This "Ke$ha" from the States is atrocious, but thanks to Abigail, I have heard her song "Tik Tok" so many times that it will be stuck in my head forever.

Good morning, my little duckies. I trust we're all still in one piece? Nobody has lost an important limb since I've last seen any of you? Heads still firmly attached to necks? Good!
It is time, my lovely ladies and rapscallion gentlemen, to give you all (drumroll please) your first journal assignment. Oh yes, these journals come equipped with homework. And here you thought that once you were finished with school, finished with training, homework was a thing of the past. Now that just wouldn't be fun, now would it? Luckily for you, my homework is the fun type. No having to dig through boring history texts to find out which goblin rebellion took place at which point in which country with which confusingly-named goblin leader ending up victorious. Those do all tend to run together a bit, don't they?
No no, our little assignments here will be much more fun. Sometimes it might be a question for you to answer in your journal. Sometimes it might be a little task for you to complete. Our goal here is to increase camaraderie around the department. So with that in mind, I have a task for you this week.
Get to know someone you have never spoken with before and tell them something you would never tell anyone else. Go forth, my duckies, and make new friends!
And don't forget, I'm always available by appointment, should you need to speak with me about anything at all.
